(1) Includes 3,263,659 shares of the Issuer’s Class A Common Stock held by Cocolalla, LLC, which are convertible into shares of Class B Common Stock on a one-for-one basis at the holder’s election, 100,000 shares of Class B Common Stock held by Joshua G. James, and 604,068 shares of Class B Common Stock issuable upon exercise of options which are exercisable within 60 days of July 3, 2018. Joshua G. James is the Manager of Cocolalla, LLC with voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Cocolalla, LLC.
